Depending on system fitted, there will be both air distribution and air mixing flaps. Sometimes the plastic cogs or the spindles wear out. And John, disabling the ECO mode on my Picasso does prevent the problem for that journey only, because it resets itself every time you switch off. And unfortunately the disabling process is not that simple on the new Picasso because you have to go into the computer's vehicle settings to do this - which means you have to be stationary to achieve it.
