The all-day HR data comes from the wrist optical sensor of your watch, not from the HRM Pro, unless you have connected the HRM to the watch too, and started an activity on the watch. Besides that, the all-day HR graph shows the HR averaged to 2 minutes intervals, hence any short high peaks of HR will be smoothed out.

The fenix 7 series has Native Running Power (ie: does not require the Garmin Labs CIQ datafield to calculate Running Power). The Polar H10 suffered from repeated broadcast problems to the treadmill, but ANT+ to my Forerunner 935 was just fine. I purchased the HRM-Pro Plus to hopefully solve this problem, and can't help but notice that the data quality in Garmin Connect seems to be much better, less choppy, so guessing sampling is far better.
To cut a long story short, I eventually āfixedā this by taking the battery out of the HRM Pro for 10 minutes and I shorted the connection between the HRM Proās battery terminal (Iād read somewhere in the past, that this is good practice with HRM straps when changing batteries, to get rid of any residual capacitive charge in the sensor).
Here is the solution that I found but only works if you have a Garmin watch. Basically, you need to start a ā virtual run ā activity on your watch. Then your watch will appear on Zwift heart rate. If you use HR strap, your watch will send data from the strap to Zwift.
1- it is connecting to my Fenix 6x pro and I confirm that in 2 ways (in the sensors connected, and when starting a run activity I can see the dynamic screens), however the green light on my watch are still working (I read everywhere that they should stop) and I don't feel that the heart beat is more accurate actually
